1. Services

We provide graphic design, branding, website design, social media management, and digital marketing services.

2. Project Agreement

All projects require written approval and agreement on scope, timeline, and pricing.

3. Payments

• Non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) required
• Final payment due before delivery of final files
• Late payments may incur additional charges

4. Revisions

Number of revisions specified in proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

5. Intellectual Property

• Final designs become client property after full payment
• We may display completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and timely feedback.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep sensitive information confidential.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable.
